Campus tours: cancellations and late arrivals

Cancellations

On rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may have to cancel a campus tour. If this happens we'll make every effort to let visitors know as far as possible in advance. We cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused or costs incurred.

If after making your booking you are no longer able to attend your scheduled campus tour, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place/s can be made available to other visitors and if required we can book you an alternative date.

Late arrivals

Campus tours start promptly at the advertised time. If you arrive late then we can't guarantee you a tour. If you are running late, please let us know via 0114 222 9872 and where possible we will try to make alternative arrangements.
