Financial Support Team

FinanceThe Financial Support Team administers our bursary scheme, undergraduate scholarships and has funds available to provide financial support to students experiencing exceptional financial difficulties or who face legitimate, higher than average financial demands.

Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR)

Graduating studentsWith an emphasis on future employment, all incoming undergraduates will receive a new type of degree transcript that records both academic and extra-curricular learning and achievement, to provide a more comprehensive picture of the individual skills and experience they have gained at university.

Languages for All

Languages for allLanguages for All is the new university-wide scheme for 'non-specialist' linguists wishing to develop foreign language skills within their main degree programme. This could be learning a new language from scratch, or else continuing to build on a language started at school or college.

SSiDSSiD deals with over 180,000 enquiries per year. If you've got a question about the University and you're not sure who to ask, the SSiD is a great place to start. If they don't have an answer for you they can direct you to someone that does.
