Rachel is the Vice-Chancellor's Diary Management & Finance Secretary. She is responsible for all financial matters, arranging meetings for the Vice-Chancellor, and organising travel within the UK.

Rachel joined the Vice-Chancellor's Office in April 2007, having previously worked for the Chief Executive and Head of Communications of Rotherham Primary Care Trust.

Zara is secretary/PA providing administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor and Corporate Policy Adviser.

Zara joined the Vice-Chancellor’s Office in November 2010, having previously worked for Former Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Crook in Town and Regional Planning and most recently working as a secretary in Geography for the Waste of the World Programme.
