Welcome to Women@TUOS NET
The University of Sheffield Women’s Network
Established in 2012, the Network aims to support women staff in their career development, providing informal mentoring and networking opportunities, access to a range of role models, a forum for discussion and a unified voice to help raise issues and thus address the career challenges women face.
Join Us
The network offers a programme of events and is free to join.
It is open to academic, technical, research, teaching, professional services and support staff. The network has its roots in the Faculties of Science and Engineering, and maintains a particular interest in STEM, as this is where women are most under represented. However it to reaches out to all women across the University and welcomes all interested parties to get involved.
The network is a member-led initiative, run by women for women, but where appropriate male staff are welcome to attend events, participate in act ivities or submit comments.
