Heating

The heating is activated by a thermostat which responds to the outside temperature. If the temperature outside is 18 degrees Celcius or above, the heating will not come on.

We monitor the weather forecasts and turn the heating on when the temperature becomes too low.

As winter kicks in and the temperature drops, we add in an additional ‘booster’ between 12pm-2pm. If your radiators feel cold during these times, check that the side dial is turned on. If your radiator is still not warm, report it to Maintenance at The Edge or The Ridge reception.
