Intro Weekend is when we welcome thousands of students into University accommodation - it's a busy time with lots of things going on. Use our guide below to help you with things that are happening over the weekend and who to contact if you need help.

Maintenance & inventory

Inventory

An inventory is a quick online questionnaire that allows you to record the condition of your accommodation and furniture when you move in. You’ll be able to confirm details on all aspects of your property, such as whether your toaster is working, not working or missing. It will only take 5-10 minutes and our Maintenance Team will respond to any issues the maintenance team deem necessary to repair.

All students will be emailed the inventory to complete after moving in.


Maintenance

If there's something wrong with your accommodation, please report it as a maintenance request as soon as you recognise it, this is the only way maintenance issues can be resolved. Submitting a maintenance request is different depending on where you live:

Allen Court

Please report anything that you think needs to be fixed onto StarRez (maintenance system), including your bedroom, corridor, kitchen or anything you think or can see that needs to be fixed.

If you haven't yet signed onto StarRez, please visit portal.iqstudentaccommodation.com and follow the instructions on the attachment.

Ranmoor/Endcliffe and City
