Profile

Dr Tiwari is a Research Fellow working in the Digitisation Laboratory for Manufacturing within ACSE. Her work focuses on sensors and simulation for high-value manufacturing processes.

Divya was awarded the Daphne Jackson and Royal Academy of Engineering Fellowship in 2013 for the development of novel photonic sensors for industrial applications. She has previously worked in the Centre for Engineering Photonics at Cranfield University to work in the area of development of photonic sensors for manufacturing and automotive applications.

Divya holds a PhD (2010) awarded by Cranfield University. Before joining academia, Divya worked in the electronics industry on aerospace and automotive applications in the UK.
