Biopic

Roberto received his B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico City in 2008. Later, he received his M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Computational Science from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2011. Furthermore, he has a Data Science Specialization awarded by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2015.

Currently, he is conducting a PhD in Automatic Control and Systems Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Hua-Liang Wei. His research focuses on Data Mining and Machine Learning for Environmental Systems Modelling and Analysis.
