I am a postgraduate student at the University of Sheffield in the Department of Automatic Control and Systems Engineering. I am working toward a PhD supervised by Prof. Mahdi Mahfouf and Prof. Agba Salman focusing on systems engineering approaches to modelling and optimizing granulation process in pharmaceutical industry to achieve ‘right- first time’ production.

I gained my MSc degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Jordan, in 2013. During my study, I was working as a research and teaching assistant at the same department for Manufacturing Processes and Advanced Optimization Techniques.

Research Interests
