James Osborne


James completed his Masters in Engineering at the University of Sheffield in 2009, during which time he conducted a research project in Prof. Salman's group on binder addition methods in high shear and fluidised bed granulation. He was then given the opportunity to undertake a PhD in the same group, investigating the influence of material properties and process parameters on the characteristics of roller compacted food materials. 

In January 2013 James will join the Engineering department at the Nestle Product Technology Centre in York, UK.
