Current Strategic Developments
Developments support implementation of the University's Strategy and the associated strategic priorities for Learning and Teaching. They are undertaken to ensure that our students continue to benefit from stimulating and inspiring teaching, and that staff are encouraged and supported to be creative and innovative. They are intended to impact at University, Faculty and Department levels, and as such, are developed, implemented and evaluated in partnership with academic staff, students and other professional services.
In addition, each year the Faculty's have access to a central funding stream provided to support smaller scale developments. If your idea or project does not relate directly to one of the institutional strategic projects, you may be able have learning and teaching development monies available. In requesting any funds from your faculty, you should be able to show how your project or idea will benefit your department or faculty. For details on funding for departmental/faculty-scale projects, please contact your LeTS faculty contact.
