Memories of your student days at the University of Sheffield
There are just a few weeks left to send in your photos and stories for our upcoming memories publication for graduates of the 1990s.
We know that for most graduates, your time at Sheffield was spent forging friendships and making memories that last a lifetime. Whether that's memories of musical adventures, sporting triumph, academic achievement or raucous parties, if it is something that has stuck with you, we want to hear about it.
We’d like you to send in any photographs, stories and other miscellanea from your University days. They could be about your course, department, professors, the Students' Union and the clubs and societies you were a member of, your student houses and social life or the city of Sheffield.
You can make a submission either electronically or by post. Please include your full name, year of graduation and subject studied.
Please send your stories and scan and attach as high a resolution image of your memorabilia as possible (at least 300 dpi) to: email@example.com with the subject line ‘Memories 1990s’.
Please send to: 40 Victoria Street, Sheffield, S10 2TN, United Kingdom
If you have any items that you would like to have returned to you, please also enclose a stamped addressed envelope and we will send them back to you, or if you are happy for us to keep them, we can submit them to the University archives.
If you want to discuss the suitability of any items that you would like to send, please contact us on 0114 222 5592, or feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org . Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee at this stage that every item submitted will be included in the publication however we hope to be able to use as many as possible.
Thank you for your help and we look forward to hearing from you about your memories of your time at Sheffield!
