Importing and exporting Rubrics

You can import and export Rubrics to either your local computer or to the content collection. This means that you can share your rubrics relatively easily with other staff members. However, you can only edit Rubrics within the Blackboard environment.

Exporting a Rubric

  1. From course tools select “Rubrics”
  2. Identify a rubric that you wish to export and click the checkbox next to it.
  3. Click the “Export” button above the name column
  4. You will be asked to provide a location to export the rubric to. Choose either Local computer or Content Collection. For this example we will use my computer.
  5. Click submit, then click Download on the resulting page.
