Jowi chose to spend her year abroad studying Biomedical Science in Australia and recommends fellow students who are hesitant in applying to take the leap.
"The year abroad has been the best life changing decision I’ve made so far! It’s crazy to think I really did do it; one minute I was in the crisp cold Peaks of Sheffield and the next I was swimming in Turquoise Bay next to wild dolphins and turtles.
If there’s only one thing I would change given the same opportunity again, is to not hesitate on applying.
