Women in BMS
We are very pleased to announce that the Department has won an Athena SWAN Bronze Award
BMS is a family-friendly department: many of our academic and administrative staff have children, and so are sensitive to the demands of combining a career and family. We are supported by the University of Sheffield Bronze Award. The University has an active women’s network that promotes initiatives and activities to promote women presence in the University. Equality and Diversity in BMS is linked to this network and actively diffuse the network initiatives via the Equality and Diversity bulletin and website.
