Recruitment agencies can advertise vacancies for students and graduates via our new vacancy handling system - Career Connect.
If you have used our current vacancy handling system – myVacancies since September 2014 or if we have added vacancies on your behalf, click on Career Connect and re-set your password to access your account. If you are a new user, you will need to set up your organisation first.
Any live vacancies you have posted with us will be automatically transferred to your account over the next few days and any expired vacancies posted over the past 18 months will be added slightly later.

You can use the system free of charge to advertise part-time work, graduate jobs, vacation work and placements for your own organisation or on behalf of clients.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to advertise a vacancy on behalf of a client, you MUST disclose the name of the client in the appropriate field in order to meet our Policy for the Promotion of Employers and their Opportunities (available on the right), although this can be kept confidential if necessary.

Your organisation can be featured on our Recruitment agencies and websites page (subject to requirements) which would provide brief information about your services for students and/or graduates with a direct link to your website.
We reserve the right to refuse to advertise on behalf of any agency where we feel this would not be in the best interest of University of Sheffield students and graduates.
