Project title

The disintegration rates and mechanisms of tablets as measured using a novel particle imaging approach.

Biography

In 2009 I began my undergraduate studies at the University of Sheffield, where I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry. I then continued my education in Sheffield in 2012; I achieved an MSc with Merit in Polymers for Advanced Technologies.

Research

I was given the opportunity to carry out a PhD with the Particle Products Group in 2014, under the supervision of Professor Salman. My PhD is in collaboration with AstraZeneca, funded through an EPSRC Industrial CASE award.
