One of the UK's busiest, has a regular direct rail service to Sheffield across the picturesque Pennines taking around an hour. Direct trains depart for Sheffield from Manchester International Airport at 00:55mins past each hour between 05:50hrs 19:55hrs with some supplementary services outside of these hours.
Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport
Is served by a number of European destinations with charter flight routes. Sheffield can be reached by using a taxi service, or shuttle bus to Doncaster and then a train to Sheffield.
Leeds Bradford Airport

Nottingham East Midlands
Receives routes from European and long haul destinations. Sheffield can be reached by road using a taxi service, or take the airport shuttle to East Midlands Parkway and take the train (operated by East Midlands Trains) to the centre of Sheffield.
