Soto Zen Serene Reflection Meditation
Every Wednesday during semester time there is a meditation session in the Soto Zen Serene Reflection tradition. In this meditation tradition, one sits still with an alert and all accepting mind, allowing thoughts and feelings to arise and pass away naturally without holding on to them or trying to push them away.
The mediation is open to all, and all are welcome. A simple meditation instruction is given for each newcomer who would like to meditate in this tradition.
Venue: Quiet Room, Chaplaincy, Octagon Centre

16.00-16.20 Meditation instruction for newcomers.
