Bank Holiday closure
IT Services will be closed for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, from 5pm on 28 March 2024 and will reopen at 8am on 2 April 2024.
If a major service fails over the Easter weekend and it is not currently reported on our Service Status page, contact the 24-hour Control Room on +44 114 222 4085.
Student and staff can log in to the IT Service Desk (Self Service) portal via MUSE to access help guides or submit a question, which will be addressed when we reopen.
