Get help with mySAP mobile

Either there is not enough space available on the smartphone or tablet:

  • You will need to remove some apps or some data including music or photos

Or your device type is not supported, remember all smartphones can use the html5 version of the app

If you see a page full of computer code after you log in:

  1. Double-tab a clear area of the screen - a row of icons will appear
  2. Tap the Home icon
  3. You will return to the usual mySAPmobile  screen

If mySAPmobile hangs you should close and restart the app

If you have deleted a task tile by accident:

  • Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner
  • Select Tile Catalog
  • Tap to select the box by the missing item
  • Tap OK

You will return to the main screen with your missing tiles displayed.

If you have less tiles available in mySAPmobile than some of your colleagues this will be because they have permissions for more roles, including the ability to approve annual leave and the ability to approve expense claims. All staff will have the options to view payslips and request leave.
