Cyber Security Project

This project has been established to assess the current state of cyber security at the University. Once the assessment is complete, we will use the information to help us improve the baseline security we have in place, address any critical risks that are identified and implement a long-term, robust plan to ensure ongoing cyber security.

Windows 7 / Server 2008 Migration Project

This project will migrate all CiCS-managed computers across the University running Windows 7 to Windows 10 and will concurrently upgrade all servers running Windows Server 2008.

University Website Project

The project will research and prototype a new external facing website. After an initial focus on student recruitment, the project scope will broaden to the procurement, development and implementation of a new University-wide Content Management System (CMS).

Summary for ERP Roadmap Project

Working in conjunction with HR and Finance, CICS have commissioned Moore Stephens Insight to define a roadmap for the future of our HR and Finance systems. This small project is scheduled to run upto December 2019 with the main output being recommendations on what our HR & Finance systems could be in the future, and the steps and timescales to enable the University to reach these end points.
