We hope you have a relaxing Christmas break, but we know that work doesn't always stop over the holidays. So, if you need to, you will still be able to access all of our online services from home.

Our Helpdesk will be closed between 5pm on Friday 22 December and 8am on Tuesday 2 January 2018, but you can access 24/7 support and advice using our self service facility in MUSE.

It is really easy to access your University files anywhere anytime. You can get them either from the web or directly as a folder on your computer.

Get your email and calendar from any computer through MUSE or by setting up software on your computer or mobile device.

Online services

You can access all of our online services from off campus through MUSE. But a few staff systems will require a VPN connection.

Printing

From your home computer you can print to staff and student printers at the University. All you need to do is install our printers and connect to our Virtual Private Network (VPN)
