    At the Union's Activities Awards at the end of the year in May, SUDSS won the Best Society Event for organising the BDSA Conference and also the most pristigious award of the night for Society of the Year out of the 300 societies at the Union!

  • Professor Elected President

    Professor Paula Farthing has been elected President of the British Society for Oral & Maxilofacial Pathology (BSOMP). The BSOMP is the national body which oversees the specialty and has been in existence since 1967. Prof Farthing will bne the 30th President and the 4th President from the Sheffield School. She wil also be the first ever woman president.
