The DHI’s invites you to attend one of this semester’s Business Leader Talks, by speaker Michael Millea from Selene XR.

Michael Millea is the Chief Technology Officer of Selene XR, a fashion tech company that creates digital twins and digital fashion through the application of tools originally developed for use in the games and special effects industries. Michael has worked in games and digital technologies for over 25 years, most recently as a director of Standfast Interactive, a fund that finances the production of indie interactive games for consoles and PC.

Michael will be speaking on the development and management of a 3D production pipeline for the creation of digital twins and digital fashion that includes photogrammetry, retopology, motion capture, rigging, and photorealistic skinning, among other stages. His talk will touch on recent trends in digital production workflows and achieving cost reduction through process automation and the use of computer vision AI.
