Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead administrative responsibility for postgraduate taught and undergraduate programmes
  • Administration of study school arrangements across all programmes
  • Administering student evaluation activity across all programmes
  • Coordination of module and programme registration processes for the School, and responsibility for all student change of status requests and course extensions, ensuring these are administered in a consistent manner
  • Supporting the examination process, assisting with the checking of marks and uploading of information to DAS, the reporting of grades across programmes and the production of paperwork for the exam boards
  • Maintaining student databases and assisting with the organisation of ELTC sessions
