PGDE Teacher Training

We offer the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) so you will gain Early career teacher status with additional masters credits to the PGCE. Our involvement in teacher training dates back over fifty years, preparing top graduates for their teaching career.

Our aim is to open minds to the realities and possibilities of teaching and learning by developing reflective, creative and inquiring teachers.

You will develop the skills to become a transformative teacher who will make a positive impact on the outcomes of your pupils. You will have the capacity to become future leaders in the profession.

Our PGDE course prepares students to teach across the secondary age group (11-19 age range) in English, geography, history, mathematics, modern languages and the sciences, including physics with maths.
