Research

Research

My initial Master’s research interests were focused on aspects of Reader-Response Theory and its implications for the teaching of literature.

In recent years I have been particularly interested in researching and writing about the use and development of drama within the teaching of English and in the teaching of Shakespeare and poetry in secondary English classrooms.
