Thesis Title

The Impact of Formative Assessment on English Learners’ Motivation and Achievement in Chinese Primary Schools

Research Interests

My current research concerns formative assessment with young learners. I am particularly concerned with the use and the impact of formative in language classes in China.

My research interests include: testing and assessment; formative assessment; young learners; Foreign Language Teaching and Learning (TESOL); second language acquisition (SLA); language assessment in China; motivation; achievement.
