Trinity College London Exam Preparation
Open to all, the ELTC offers fee-paying part-time classes to improve your English in preparation for an internationally recognised Trinity College ISE I (B1) exam.
Trinity’s Integrated Skills in English I (ISE I) qualification is a contemporary fours skills qualification for people who need English language skills for work, general life in the UK or for some visas. You can find out more information about which visas the ISE I is appropriate for on the Trinity College website.
We currently only offer Trinity College ISE I (B1) which is aimed at students who are already an intermediate level. You will be offered a placement test before the course starts to make sure you are at the correct level of English.
The class is an exam preparation class which focuses on the speaking and listening exam module and the reading and writing exam module. These modules can be taken together, or at different times when students are ready. Preparing for ISE exams develops relevant English language skills in a real-life context. An exam text book is used, together with supplementary materials in the class and online. ISE I is an exam for people who already have a basic understanding of English and would like to gain an internationally recognised qualification at B1 level.
