After nine long years, TEDx is returning to Sheffield and the Crucible Theatre on 10th June 2023.

The theme for TEDxSheffield 2023 is Standing on the Shoulders of Giants and you'll hear incredibly inspiring stories of people - from global leaders to fellow citizens - who embraced the inflection points in their life.

We will be presenting a suite of short, carefully prepared talks, demonstrations and performances covering a diversity of topics and featuring local, national and international voices.

Our aim is to unleash new ideas, inspire and inform our audience of all ages and backgrounds.

TechInvest is a new event series presented by the UK Business Angels Association and the British Business Bank. Their upcoming pitching event in London on 19th April will spotlight tech entrepreneurs from Yorkshire and the Humber and give them the opportunity to present to an audience of leading investors. Applications for a pitching spot are open until 19th March and are for tech startups raising investment in the range of £250k-3m.
