Welcome to the Faculty's IT and Digital Learning teams: supporting academic departments within Arts and Humanities.
All of your IT and digital learning support needs will be met by a central Faculty IT and digital learning support team with back up support from CiCS and the APSE Digital Learning team.

Our phone line will be covered by members of the team where ever possible. If we are not available to take your call you will have the option of being diverted to CiCS who will be able to assign jobs to us in the helpdesk system.

We are located in Several Buildings across campus and also offer specialist support for Music and the Theatre Workshop.

We will be working closely with the CiCS helpdesk and second line support teams and using the same service delivery tool so your queries can be efficiently directed to the correct team in order to provide you with a timely response.
