Invitations lists for all candidates are drawn up using reports from information contained on the student record. It is vital, therefore, that students monitor the accuracy of their own record in order to avoid errors and missed attendance at ceremonies.

Summer Graduation

Undergraduate students will be notified by email once on-line registration is open and this is normally at the end of February. All necessary information, including the registration forms and details on robe hire, can be found via the Graduation home page.

Invitations to Research candidates are issued by post or email, depending on the date of award.  Research candidates should ensure they check their record to ensure their correspondence address and home address are up to date.  Please also check your personal email address and update this if necessary. The Events Team cannot be held responsible if candidates fail to keep their contact details up-to-date and, as a consequence, do not receive their invitation.

Winter Graduation

Invitations to Postgraduate Taught students are issued via email at the end of September and registration for the ceremony is on-line. All necessary information and the on-line registration forms can be reached via the Graduation home page.
