This form should only be used for cancelling your registration to attend a physical graduation ceremony. This is not the graduation registration form and should not be used to register that you will not attend your graduation ceremony (if you have not previously registered).
If you have previously registered to attend your graduation ceremony but are now certain that you will not attend you can complete the form below to cancel your registration.
You should only complete this form if you are certain that you will not attend your graduation ceremony but have previously registered to attend.
Please be advised that we will not be able to re-include you in a graduation ceremony after you have cancelled your registration to attend.
