How to hire

You can order your robes online at www.edeandravenscroft.co.uk/graduation-services/ or over the telephone on +44 1223 861 854.

When ordering, please be prepared with your head circumference, chest and height measurements, your award information (ie your degree type and faculty) and your credit/debit card details.

The deadline for robe hire is to be confirmed.

Robing timetable and collection point

You should collect your robes from Uni Central, Level 4, Students' Union between the times stated below.

The University and Ede & Ravenscroft do not provide hair grips so please ensure you bring a supply with you should you wish to use them to secure your hat.

Due to limited space in the robing area, guests are requested to wait by the exit and we ask that graduands leave all coats and bags with their guests while they are being robed.

Times on robe collection will be confirmed.

Cancelling your robe hire

If you find that you cannot attend your ceremony, Ede & Ravenscroft will refund your gown hire payment, but will charge a small administration fee, provided that they receive your claim for refund 7 full days before the date of your ceremony.

You can cancel your order using the 'Review/Amend/Cancel' option or by emailing student@edeandravenscroft.co.uk. Please note that for security reasons, Ede & Ravenscroft cannot accept cancellations over the telephone.
