Emeritus fellowship award for HCS professor

wells.jpgProfessor Bill Wells has been awarded an Emeritus Fellowship by the Leverhulme Trust to work on "Overlapping talk in conversation: phonetics, phonology and interaction", following his retirement in September.

The fellowship will run for two years from February 2016 and Dr Emina Kurtic will join the project as a research fellow from September 2016.

The aim of the emeritus fellowship scheme is to enable senior researchers who have retired from an academic post to complete a research project and prepare the results for publication.
