The HR team is committed to developing and implementing dynamic and forward-looking HR strategies to support the University's Mission, Vision and Identity.
We believe that we can only succeed through including all staff, and by creating the right environment where every person can flourish and is supported to succeed.
We contribute across all areas of the University's activity and work in partnership with colleagues to support them in their own areas.
All HR staff work to high professional standards. Most of the team are directly aligned with user departments, with some working specifically on specialised functional areas.
We constantly seek to improve how we can add value in what we do and how we do it, both within the HR team, and across the University, the Higher Education sector and beyond into our own professional areas.
