The Department of HR, in collaboration with CiCS, has delivered the next major business process and systems improvement activity: e-Recruitment.
Following the highly successful, six month pilot implementation in twenty departments, e-Recruitment is now being used University-wide. This new development provides a modern recruitment system which streamlines our approval, recruitment and selection procedures and reduces the administrative burdens for departments and job applicants. e-Recruitment will ensure that our recruitment processes are as efficient and cost effective as possible.
