SRDS 2012 participation update

Following the completion of the SRDS data collection, we are delighted to report that 88% of University staff had an SRDS review in 2012. This high level of participation has been maintained from 2011, and exceeds our target participation level of 85%.

In order to sustain this excellent level of participation into 2013, we suggest that departments start to plan for their SRDS reviews now, beginning with arranging the first Departmental Review Panel, and agreeing the reviewer/reviewee pairings.

If you are reviewer and would like to develop your skills, support for all SRDS reviewers is provided through skills sessions to help ensure that the review meetings meet the needs of reviewee and reviewer. You can book onto a course from the Learning Management system. If you think your department may need specific support, this can be also be arranged. Please contact your customary HR Adviser or the Staff Development team to discuss your requirements further.
