Leading the change

Taking account of the proposed change and its potential impact, consider who will be the sponsor for change; who will be involved in leading the change, and their remit; who will need to formally approve the change, or aspects of it; and how this will be executed and the impact on any planned timescales. Also consider who else may be involved in key decisions, and whether any other groups or committees will be involved.
