Maternity Options Pay Structure
The following guidance should be read in conjunction with the University’s Maternity Leave Policy and Procedure.
This model has been designed to illustrate how the maternity pay is structured, in relation to the:
- University Maternity Scheme - 39 weeks (Option A)
- University Maternity Scheme - 45 weeks (Option B)
- Statutory Maternity Scheme (Option C)
- Maternity Allowance Scheme (Option D)
