I cannot see my multiple job details.

If you have more than one job at the University you must have a separate computer user account for each one to be able to access the details for that job and request leave etc.

Each user account is attached to a different Personnel Number which is displayed in the Personal Details in myJob for that particular job/appointment. Each account also has a separate username and password and, essentially, identifies you as a separate person by the computer systems. More information can be found at http://www.shef.ac.uk/hr/guidance/myjob/getting-started.html under the Downloads section in “Additional Appointment Information”.
