Staff Review and Development Scheme - SRDS
Your SRDS review is the forum for an annual discussion between you and your manager to: review your progress against previous objectives and role expectations; provide feedback; discuss future plans and set objectives; and plan your support and development.
There is no direct link between SRDS and reward but as a significant part of the conversation focuses on your performance and contribution the feedback you receive should inform and be consistent with any decisions made regarding reward and recognition.
|April||First Departmental Review Panel (DRP) commence.|
|April onwards||SRDS reviews start taking place.|
|September||Second Departmental Review Panel (DRP) to take place.|
|October||Faculty Panel to take place.|
|31 October||Deadline for recording completion of SRDS in MyTeam.|
