e-Recruitment: Job Requisition

The e-Recruitment Job Requisition has replaced the University's Authority to Recruit process. The purpose of creating and completing a Job Requisition is to supply sufficient information to approve the need to recruit and provide the Department of Finance and Human Resources with the required data to process the recruitment and create/update the position in uBASE. The Recruiter(s) in each department will create the Job Requisitions and manage the recruitment process. They have received formal training before being provided with access to the e-Recruitment system.
