In the short term, we ask you to discuss your development plan with your manager, perhaps as part of your mid year SRDS review or SRDS meeting, and consider the best way you can achieve the development that you need. Other methods include mentoring, work shadowing, online courses, working on pieces of work that will stretch you and for which you will need to learn new skills or apply new knowledge etc. You might find it helpful to look here to get started.

As you were on the previous Sheffield Leader waiting list, you are already part of the Sheffield Leader Community and this means that you will continue to receive future communications and invitations regarding the Community's activities and events.
