We want to encourage all staff to access and engage with professional learning and development opportunities wherever possible.

People Development, are one of many providers across the University that support staff learning and development - we focus on Professional Development for all staff. This can be ‘On the Job’ learning, creating and sharing interactive online resources and materials, and facilitating face to face interventions like mentoring, shadowing or open learning sessions.

We understand that learning requirements and objectives are different for different people, which is why we advocate using a blended approach to supporting your learning and development.

We are currently working to enhance opportunities by reviewing our People Development offer. Please do complete our open survey to provide feedback on what you think would enable and enhance your professional development.
