The Sheffield Leader is leadership development for University staff who lead, or have the potential to lead. Leadership is found across the institution at many levels and in many guises. The Sheffield Leader ensures these leaders have the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed by the University to face the challenges ahead, both internally and externally, and lead others to provide excellence throughout the institution.
Thank you to all of last year's Impact Groups & Strategic Impact Groups!
The Sheffield Leader Showcase Event took place on 18th October in Firth Hall. Last year's Sheffield Leader 3 and 4 groups provided engaging presentations and exhibits outlining their learning and project outcomes to a large audience of Sheffield Leader Community members. Presentations will be sent round to attendees shortly and uploaded to the Sheffield Leader Google Site. If you would like to know more about any of the projects or get involved in some way feel free to contact the groups themselves, or contact email@example.com.

Did you know University staff can access the Lynda.com for free? Find it in your all services menu. Follow the link for a quick course from Harvard's Amy Edmondson
The Leadership Foundation has created 'Knowledge Bank', a website with lots of useful resources. It's free for TUoS staff, due to the University being a member institution. Go to MyLF Signup first, then search for 'Knowledge Bank'.
