I am so grateful to have been awarded the scholarship, it has made my confidence for studying architecture stronger.

What made you choose to study at Sheffield and your course?
I chose to study at Sheffield because of their great reputation for environmentalism and their high achievement in the rankings for best schools for architecture in the UK. It was a choice based on the opportunities and comfort that the university could provide.
What are you enjoying about your first semester?
I have really enjoyed meeting new people, making new friends and immersing myself in a new city, as I have always lived in smaller suburbs or countryside. I’ve also appreciated the new challenges of the architecture course that push me outside my comfort zone and make me create in ways I’ve not experienced.
