Vice Chancellor to visit Singapore and Malaysia
The Vice Chancellor will visit Singapore and Malaysia in April 2016, along with academics from the Faculty of Social Sciences to showcase the University of Sheffield to alumni, VIPs and offer holders.
There will also be a number of high level meetings with government and industry representatives and senior alumni.
The visit will see the re-launch the Kuala Lumpur office as the regional office for the University in South East Asia.
Professor James Wilsdon, Professor of Research Policy and Director of Impact & Engagement in the Faculty of Social Sciences will deliver talks in Singapore and Kuala LumpUr on The business of people: how science, engineering and social science can work together to tackle global challenges.
