I obtained my bachelor degree of Agriculture and Forestry Economic Management in Northwest A&F Technology University (2017) and master degree of MSc Information Systems Management in the University of Sheffield (2018). My current PhD research is focusing on the role of ICT in facilitating interorganizational knowledge exchange practice in the context of living labs. My research interests are cross-boundary knowledge management, ICT for development and collaborative workings in organizations.
Understanding the Role of Information and Communication Technology in the Shaping of Interorganizational Knowledge Exchange Practice: Proposing an ICT-based Generic Knowledge Management Framework for the European Living Lab Ecosystem
My research investigates the European Living Labs to understand the role of ICT in the shaping of knowledge exchange practices when collaborating cross boundaries. Through identifying and conceptualising the leverage of technology in cross-boundary collaborations, a generic ICT-based knowledge management framework is expected to propose to meet the needs of interorganizational collaboration in the context of Living Labs ecosystem.
